Traceability & Carbon Data
If we can't prove it, we don't claim it.
Recycling claims are easy to make and hard to verify. We built the record first. Every module carries a unique code from arrival to final material output, and every output is weighed. The result is a closed mass balance per panel — and carbon figures derived from measurement rather than assumption.
How one panel becomes one record
-
Register
On arrival, each module's serial is scanned and its weight recorded. That code follows it through the entire process.
-
Measure
Each recovery stage records the mass of what it produces, against the originating code.
-
Reconcile
Input weight is reconciled against the sum of outputs, closing the mass balance for that panel.

Upcycling, not downcycling
Conventional recycling crushes solar glass into low-grade aggregate, where the avoided emissions are marginal. Because our fractions come out at industrial specification, offtakers can substitute them for virgin material — and that substitution is where the carbon saving actually lives.
On carbon figures
We issue carbon avoidance figures per consignment rather than publishing a headline percentage, because the honest number depends on what your modules actually yielded and which materials the recovered fractions displaced. Each figure is issued with its methodology, system boundary and basis year attached, so your own reporting team can check it rather than take it on trust.
