For Manufacturers, Foundries, Compounders & Metal Refiners

Secondary raw materials that don't ask you to lower your spec.

Dry physical separation keeps each fraction clean at source, so recovered glass, aluminium, silicon and metals return to industrial use rather than being downgraded into low-value fill. Every batch carries traceability back to the modules it came from.

What an 18 kg module is made of

A standard crystalline-silicon module is eight industrial materials held together by a laminate. Separated dry, each one leaves as a saleable fraction rather than mixed waste.

Aluminium Frame 2.20 kg Tempered Glass 13.00 kg EVA Polymer 0.80 kg Silicon Powder 1.20 kg PET Backsheet 0.20 kg Junction Box & Wires 0.20 kg Copper and silver micro-particles are recovered from the cell layer.

What an 18 kg module is made of
Material Weight Ratio Industrial application
Tempered Glass 13.00 kg 72.2% Flat glass and container glass feedstock, high-grade construction materials.
Aluminium Frame 2.20 kg 12.2% Re-melted into engineering alloys and cast aluminium components.
Silicon Powder 1.20 kg 6.7% Silicone compounding, industrial silicon, energy-storage anode research.
EVA Polymer 0.80 kg 4.4% Polymer compounding agents and rubber-plastic foaming materials.
Copper 0.35 kg 1.9% Refined by metal smelters, displacing virgin copper.
Junction Box & Wires 0.20 kg 1.1% Copper core recovery and engineering plastics.
PET Backsheet 0.20 kg 1.1% PCR polyester resin and textile feedstock.
Silver 10.0 g 0.06% Refined to high-purity silver.
Process loss & residual 0.04 kg 0.2%
Total 18.00 kg 100%

Figures are based on a representative 18 kg crystalline-silicon module. Composition varies by manufacturer, model and vintage; silver content in particular is significantly lower in modules produced after 2015. Actual yields are confirmed per batch. Weights sum to 18.00 kg exactly; ratios are rounded to one decimal place and therefore may not sum to exactly 100%.

Monthly availability moves with the feedstock we take in, so we quote it per material against a stated requirement rather than publish a figure. Tell us the volume and cadence you need and we will confirm what we can commit to.

A route to market for every fraction

Circular economy only works when the last mile is solved. Each material stream leaving our facility has a qualified industrial offtaker already in place — verified for specification, volume and continuity. We publish categories rather than company names; a named reference list is available under NDA.
